I have been involved in several research topics since 1981. These include projects such as metal exposure in plants in order to unravel uptake pathways nd Tox tests with D magna and F. candida with known and unknown chemical substances from e.g. bio-based industry. These tests are used to obtain information about reproduction and gene expression.

Techniques I use include atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS), DNA and RNA extraction library preparation for RNA sequencing, culturing D.magna and algae as food for daphnids
